At Ledsone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and uninstalled.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's Responsibility: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Label Cost Deduction: If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
