1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $3.00 applies to all orders under $35.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $35.00 or more (after discounts).
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Handling Time: 0-1 Business Day.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are typically processed the same day.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday/Christmas), processing may take an additional 24 hours.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). We use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
4. Multiple Shipments
To ensure items arrive safely, larger or fragile orders (like glass pendant lights) may be shipped in multiple boxes. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
5. Damages and Issues in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at info@ledsone.us. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement quickly.
