Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. A flat shipping fee of $3 is applied to every order. This cost will be displayed at checkout. Your order total will be calculated after any applicable discounts have been applied. Be sure to enter your discount code at checkout to see how it affects your final cost.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure your items arrive safely, larger orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. This helps protect the contents and complies with carrier size and weight limits.
